The practice is located close to Carshalton High Street, easily accessible via car and public transport. Free roadside parking is readily available. Please note that the main entrance is reached via a series of steps which may restrict access for some patients as we have no step-free access. We have additional surgeries on the second floor so please let our team know if you would prefer a downstairs surgery. If disabled access is required please contact our team.
